Timer-ing is a free, offline-first focus and time-tracking workspace provided by REREAL. By using this application (web or desktop), you agree to these terms.
You may use Timer-ing for personal productivity tracking, study sessions, and time management. You agree not to:
Your focus sessions and history are yours. We do not claim ownership of your data. You can export or delete your data at any time from the Settings page.
Because the app is offline-first, data stored locally (in your browser or desktop app) is under your control. If you do not sign in, your data never leaves your device. We are not responsible for data loss that occurs due to clearing browser storage, reinstalling the operating system, or similar local data destruction events.
Timer-ing is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind — express or implied — including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or availability. We do not guarantee the service will be available at all times or be free of errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, REREAL and the developers of Timer-ing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of productivity, or missed deadlines, arising from your use of the service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the service.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without notice.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
